Find Time.
Get There.
Every Time.

It doesn't make workouts. It makes time.

It reads your real calendar, does the round-trip math with live traffic, and tells you when you can actually train — and still be back before your next thing.

You're not lazy. Your schedule is.

A meeting runs long. Traffic spikes. You can't tell if there's time to get there and back — so you don't go. GymTime does the math, so "maybe later" becomes "leave at 1:30."

The whole round trip

It does the math you don't.

Anyone can say "you have a free hour." GymTime checks whether you can leave, drive there in current traffic, train, and get back — before your next commitment. If it doesn't fit, it won't pretend it does.

🚦

Live traffic, both directions

Real drive time now — not a theoretical average — for the trip there and the trip back.

🎯

Bounded by your next thing

Every window is checked against your next calendar event. Tight turnaround? You get warned before you commit.

🌦️

Weather-aware

Rain or snow on the way? It tells you what to bring and pads your departure so you're not caught out.

🔔

It watches while you don't

If traffic worsens before you leave, it nudges you to head out earlier. At the gym, it tells you when to leave to make your next thing.

How it works

Three ways to plan. One outcome.

Pick the path that matches how your week actually runs. New accounts start automatic — switch any time in Settings.

📅

Calendar-Driven

Your days are run by meetings and life. We read your real calendar (Google, Outlook, Apple), find the gaps between events, and surface the windows you're actually free.

🔁

Routine-Driven

You have a weekly pattern — same gym days, same time blocks. Tell us your routine and recurring commitments (dinner, kids, basketball) and we work inside your real availability.

🎯

Flexible

"I just want N workouts a week." Set a target, ignore the calendar — we pick the best moments and tell you when to go. No micro-management.

What happens next

Travel. Get ready. Walk out.

📍

Calculate reality

Travel time, getting ready, gym check-in, the drive back, and your next commitment — accounted for. Real life with traffic and overhead, not theoretical time.

Reveal your window

"You have 45 min if you leave in 8 — home by 2:55, before your 3:30." Specific, actionable, never aspirational. A lock-screen countdown keeps you on time.

🏋️

Workout, tailored

Open the app at the gym and your workout is already there — sized to your time, your equipment, and your injury history. Swap any exercise mid-set.

The scheduling brain
🎯

Get-Back-In-TimeCORE

Every window is round-trip checked against your next commitment. If a workout would make you late, GymTime flags it before you lock in.

🚦

Live Travel Times

Google Maps with live traffic for the drive there and back, plus realistic overhead like getting ready and gym check-in.

🌦️

Weather-Aware

Rain, snow, or a cold front on your commute? GymTime reminds you what to bring, pads your departure, and steers you indoors when it makes sense.

📅

Calendar Sync

Lock in a workout and add it to the calendar you choose — opt-in, on a calendar you pick. Reschedule moves it; cancel asks first. Never silent.

⏱️

Blocked Times

Dinner with the kids. Wednesday basketball. Add recurring commitments and we never suggest workouts during them.

🔔

Leave-On-Time Alerts

Heads-up to leave for the gym when traffic shifts — and, once you're there, when to leave so you make your next thing.

🍽️

Workout-Aware Food

Post-workout suggestions match what you trained — legs day gets protein bowls, cardio gets smoothies and açaí.

AI at the core

Workouts that fit the time you actually have

Not "go at 6am." More like "Tuesday's your push day — 45-minute window if you leave now, home before your 3:30."

📅 Calendar user:
"45-minute window between your 11am and 1pm. Leave at 11:02 — you're home by 12:42, before your 1:00."
🔁 Routine user:
"It's Tuesday — your push day. Your 6pm slot is clear after dinner. Workout starts in 45 minutes."
🎯 Flexible user:
"You said 3 this week, you've done 1. Best moment in the next 48h: tomorrow 7–7:45am — no conflicts, weather's clear."
⚙️ Machine taken?
Tap "Taken" and AI generates 3 alternatives using different equipment — around your gym's blacklist too.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

GymTime works for you too. Three planning styles — switch any time in Settings → Workout Schedule: Calendar (we read your real events), Routine (a weekly pattern), or Flexible ("just N workouts a week, surprise me"). New accounts start automatic. The window math, AI workouts, and lock-screen countdown work for all three.
For each window it computes the full round trip — leave, drive there in current traffic, train, drive back, plus your get-ready and check-in overhead — and checks it lands before your next calendar event. If the turnaround is tight, you're warned before you lock in. Once you're at the gym, it tells you when to leave to make your next thing.
Only if you connect it — it's opt-in. iOS's Calendar permission grants read access to your events; GymTime only uses event start/end times and titles — to find your gaps and show what your workout fits around — and never uses attendees, notes, locations, or attachments. Your calendar details stay on your device and are never stored on our servers. (One exception: if an event moves or cancels and triggers a nudge, its title may be sent to our AI to word that nudge.) Google/Outlook calendars synced to your iPhone are seen automatically; pick which calendars in Settings → Choose Calendars.
Only when you ask. Lock in a workout and GymTime offers to add it — on a calendar you pick, remembered for next time. Reschedule moves that event; cancel asks before removing it. GymTime never writes to your calendar silently.
No. Drop-in nudges are suppressed for 3 hours after you arrive at a gym and after you finish a workout, and never fire if you already have a window booked. Every notification type has its own toggle in Settings → Notifications.
GymTime checks in at the halfway point. If you report sharp pain, it shows a medical disclaimer, routes you to a safe-stop flow, and logs it locally so the next two weeks of workouts avoid that movement. GymTime is not a doctor — if you're hurt, seek medical attention.
No. Pain check answers and the accountability log never leave your device. Free-text medical notes never sync. Only the workout generator reads them locally to personalize your next session.
Settings → Data & Privacy → "Opt out of analytics". It immediately clears any queued events and stops future ones. Analytics are anonymous — an anonymous ID, app version, and the action taken — never your name, email, calendar content, or health data.

Privacy & data

Your calendar (if you use it)

Opt-in — you choose which calendars. iOS's Calendar permission grants read access to your events; GymTime only uses event times and titles — to find your windows and label what a workout fits around — and ignores notes, attendees, locations, and attachments. Your calendar stays on your device and is never stored on our servers. The one exception: if an event moves or cancels and triggers a nudge, that event's title may be sent to our AI to word the nudge. Don't connect a calendar and GymTime never asks.

Location & travel

Used on your device to compute drive times and trigger arrival/departure reminders. Travel-time lookups send only the coordinates needed to route you — your precise location is never published or sold.

Region analytics

We derive a coarse region (state + country) from your gym, on-device, to understand where GymTime is used. Exact coordinates never leave your device, and you can turn analytics off entirely in Settings → Data & Privacy.

Pain & injury

Structured injury info (body part + severity) syncs to your account so recommendations adapt across devices — encrypted at rest, row-level secured, never shared with buddies or third parties. Free-text medical notes stay on your device and never sync. Read the full Privacy Policy.

⚠️ Medical disclaimer: GymTime is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you experience sharp pain or injury during a workout, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
