1.Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using GymTime ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users including guests and registered account holders.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GymTime. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

3.Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it updated. You must not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.

4.Acceptable Use

When using GymTime — particularly the buddy system, messaging, and matchmaking features — you agree NOT to: • Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or inappropriate content • Create fake accounts or impersonate others • Share personal information of other users without consent • Use the App for any illegal purpose • Attempt to bypass safety features like blocking or reporting • Exploit, interfere with, or disrupt the service Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

5.Content You Submit

You retain ownership of content you submit (workout logs, profile info, etc.). By submitting content, you grant GymTime a non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit it to deliver the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6.Health & Fitness Disclaimer

GymTime is a fitness scheduling and workout planning tool. It is NOT medical advice, a medical device, or a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

WHAT GYMTIME IS: A scheduling tool that finds time in your calendar for workouts and generates exercise suggestions based on your stated preferences. Suggestions are produced by AI based on general fitness principles, intended for healthy adults physically capable of moderate exercise.

WHAT GYMTIME IS NOT: Not a medical device. Not a healthcare service. Not a personal trainer. Not a substitute for medical evaluation or supervision. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Heart rate, HRV, and other health data shown are for informational purposes only — never for medical decision-making.

CONSULT A PROFESSIONAL BEFORE USING. You should consult a qualified physician or licensed healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you: have any pre-existing condition (cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, musculoskeletal, neurological, or other); are recovering from injury, surgery, or illness; take any prescription medication; are pregnant, recently gave birth, or nursing; are over 35 and have not exercised regularly; experience any symptoms (chest pain, dizziness, joint pain, breathlessness) during exercise.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK. Exercise carries inherent risks including muscle strain, sprains, tears, fractures, dehydration, heat illness, cardiac events, and in rare cases death. AI-generated recommendations may not be appropriate for your individual condition. By using GymTime, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with exercise activities undertaken in connection with the App.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. You are solely responsible for: determining whether each suggested exercise is appropriate for your fitness level and condition; stopping any exercise that causes pain or symptoms; using proper form, equipment, and technique; knowing your physical limits; seeking medical attention for any injury or adverse effect.

NO WARRANTY. GymTime is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We make no warranty that workout suggestions, timing recommendations, AI-generated content, or other features will be accurate, appropriate, safe, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither GymTime nor Reign Zero LLC shall be liable for any injury, illness, death, property damage, or other harm arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or following any suggestions, recommendations, or content provided by the App. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GymTime, Reign Zero LLC, and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or any exercise activity undertaken in connection therewith.

7.Buddy System & Social Features

The buddy system, matchmaking, and messaging features are provided as-is. We do not verify the identity of other users. Exercise caution when meeting people in person through the App. Report any suspicious behavior using the in-app report feature. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting buddies in real life. GymTime is not liable for interactions between users.

8.Subscriptions & Payments

GymTime offers two purchase types:

Auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly, Annual): Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings.

Lifetime (one-time purchase): A non-recurring purchase that grants permanent Pro access for the lifetime of the App. Does not auto-renew.

Refunds for both purchase types are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

9.Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

10.Intellectual Property

GymTime, the GymTime logo, and all related branding, software, and content are owned by Reign Zero LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymTime, Reign Zero LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, personal injury, property damage, or business interruption — arising out of or relating to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising from or relating to the App shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid us in fees for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

This limitation does not apply to: liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including, where applicable, gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or personal injury caused by our gross negligence in jurisdictions that prohibit limiting such liability). If any portion of this limitation is held unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

12.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Review the "Last updated" date below to check for changes.

13.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey, unless local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

14.Third-Party Services & Force Majeure

The App depends on third-party services including but not limited to Apple, Google, Supabase, OpenAI/OpenRouter, RevenueCat, and your wireless carrier. We are not responsible for outages, errors, data loss, or interruptions caused by these third-party services, by your device, by your network, or by events outside our reasonable control (natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, etc.). AI-generated workout content may contain errors, omissions, or recommendations inappropriate for your situation — you are responsible for evaluating each suggestion before acting on it.

15.Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or void, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

16.No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver of any provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Reign Zero LLC.

17.Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reign Zero LLC concerning the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.
